Debbie's Birthday

Today was a wonderful day and family and friends helped make it really special. I got to start my day with a bubble bath (first one in 5 years) and was treated to some Panera bagels. I went to my Beth Moore bible study where they sang Happy Birthday to me and another friend who shares the same birthday. My sister took me to lunch at Panera too - awesome! I ran some errands all by myself in the afternoon. Then we all went to Old Chicago's for dinner - delicious pizza! Here's some pictures from the restaurant:

We returned home after the pizza to have cupcakes for dessert - yum!! We all wore fun party hats and I opened presents after.
Here's Catherine doing one of her famous poses with her hat and her socks on her hands!
For those of you not from Maine, you may not be familiar with the delicious dessert called Whoopie Pies. They're awesome! My parents found these ENORMOUS ones - the biggest any of us has ever seen - and sent a few in my gift box - awesome! Thank you to everyone who helped make this day special from well wishes to presents and treats - great day!

Happy Birthday, sweet friend. It looks like you had tons of fun with the family. Wish we could have had a slice of your pizza . . . Miss you!
